Exchange or Return
Your satisfaction is our top priority.
We accept returns for exchange or refund up to 7 calendar days after delivery of the product. Items must be in “new, unaltered and unused condition.” In the event of a return:
- • Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost
• Items must not show signs of wear, damage or smoke in any way
• Buyer must contact customer service within 7 calendar days of the delivery date (after 7 days no returns are allowed)
